What age children are suitable to attend Elly’s Music Playtime?
Elly’s Music Playtime program is designed to suit children aged 12 months to 5 years of varying abilities. Carer involvement during classes will be dependant on the level of independence in their child.
My child has a some limitations on their ability, can they still attend?
Elly’s Music Playtime program is designed to be suitable for all abilities and children will engage in the activities at their own pace with the assistance of their attending adult. Accessibility, including wheelchair and pram access, access to disabled toilets and baby change rooms is a priority when selecting class locations. For specific access needs please contact Elly directly.
Can grandparents or other carers bring children to Elly’s Music Playtime?
Any adult carer can attend and participate with a child. Please note that Elly’s Music Playtime does not provide child minding and attending adults must remain with their child at all times. Attending adults are responsible for the behaviour and involvement of their child.
Does the attending adult participate in the class? Or just watch?
Elly’s Music Playtime program is designed for children and carers to participate together. Carers are welcome (and encouraged) to socialise outside of class times so please engage with your child as much as possible during each session.

How do I book a space in a class?
Bookings for the current term (and upcoming) Elly’s Music Playtime classes can be made at Book A Class.
Can I attend a trial class before committing to the term?
Trial classes packages are available to new families of Elly’s Music Playtime at ‘Book A Class‘ and are valid for the next two scheduled classes on the day and time selected. A trial booking holds a space in the selected class during your trial period and for 48 hours after your trial has concluded to allow balance of the term booking. Please note class credits are not available for missed trial classes.
I have more than one child, can everyone attend the one class?
Multiple child discount is available using a family booking. Children under 12 months attend at no additional cost and do not require a booking.
Do you offer casual attendance bookings?
Casual attendance is not available. A trial package is available, however, upon completion, booking is made for the balance of the term.
Do I pay for the whole term if I book and start after the term has begun?
Bookings made after a term has commenced will be pro-rate for the remaining classes left in the term.
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Refunds for term booking are not available unless attendance cannot continue due to severe injury or illness. Requests for refund must be made to Elly directly. Class credits or refunds are not available on trial class packages.

What happens when a class is cancelled?
Class credits and refunds are offered where classes are cancelled due to Elly being unwell.
